These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hibazi ("hibazi", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://hibazi.club.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms. hibazi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where registration information is found to be inaccurate, and to forfeit any balances held in such an account where fraud or deliberate misrepresentation is established.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hibazi account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
You agree to notify hibazi immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. hibazi will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
hibazi recommends the following security practices:
hibazi will never ask you for your password via email or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from hibazi that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected].
hibazi supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances are displayed in Taka. The following payment methods are currently supported:
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your hibazi account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. hibazi does not charge a deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–20 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your hibazi account.
Verification requirement: hibazi reserves the right to request identity and payment method verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by hibazi support may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
Bonus wagering: Where a deposit was made in conjunction with a bonus offer, any associated wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
hibazi does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals. All financial transactions must be conducted through the supported digital payment channels listed above.

Sports betting: Bets placed on cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and bilateral series — and all other sports markets are final once confirmed. hibazi will not accept requests to void or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a market is subsequently voided due to an event cancellation or administrative error on hibazi's part.
Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. Limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. hibazi reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where it determines this to be appropriate.
Void bets: A bet will be voided and the stake returned where: the underlying event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours; a market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; or a technical fault materially affects the integrity of a game round.
Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or crash game round, the outcome recorded on hibazi's server at the time of the disconnection shall be final. hibazi is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.
hibazi reserves the right to suspend any market or game at any time where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or any other integrity concern.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hibazi platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hibazi platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hibazi shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by hibazi's proven negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
hibazi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a hibazi account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
hibazi will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations. hibazi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, hibazi will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will state the effective date of the changes.
